Will from funeralcollege.com here. In this video I will show you how you can create a professional funeral slideshow with music in just under 10 minutes.

I will demonstrate various features including zooming into your photos cropping your photos or doing your photos and adding music of your choice [Music] start by visiting the website funeralcollage.com click on sign in from here you just need to type in your email address and it will send you a magic link.

okay once logged in you’ll be redirected to the home page from here you can click on create video

this will take you to your dashboard

so I’m just going to add a test name inside it here

for the sake of the demo I’ll leave the date of birth and date of death as they are you can choose the transition between slides I personally prefer the dissolve transition you can upload a photo and this will be the main photo used on your first slide

and you can crop the subject of your photo

as you can see it’s appeared there and then once you click on create your video this will take you to the maker section where you can start adding slides

so click on add photo and it loads a little pop-up and we recommend uploading photos a minimum of 1080 by 1080 if possible

I’m going to upload all the photos for the sake of the demo

take a few moments to upload the photos because I’ve selected all of them if you were only uploading one photo it wouldn’t take this long one helpful tip is that if you number your photos like one two three the software will automatically upload them in that order

okay great so it’s saying 25 files uploaded and we can see them on the left hand side I’ve just scroll down

you have 25 photos

so I’ll show you a couple of features so if you click on this icon this is choose Zoom position and this is quite a nice feature so if you click on where you want the software to zoom into so I’m going to click on the man save Zoom

and then if I preview the video hopefully we’ll be able to see the video zoom in to that into the man walking on the beach yep so it’s zooming in it’s ever so subtle

okay the next feature I can show you is crop crop your image so click on this icon and here you can crop your photo

we have various different aspect ratio options I’m just going to leave it as it is so click on Save crop and you can see the photo has been cropped

I’m just going to Play It Again

okay the video is looking great but one thing we’re missing is music so if I click on add music here you can either upload your own music or we have a music library

um yeah music library where you can look where you can add music from the library so I’m just gonna click on sadpiano.com

close that and if I go back to the start and preview the video hopefully we’ll be able to hear the music playing

okay great yeah so the music’s playing one feature I forgot to show you in this edit music section if you click on your music

here we have slide duration which tells you how long each slide is playing for so the software will automatically increase or decrease the slide duration time to be in sync with the audio music that you’ve picked

okay and one one feature I haven’t showed you is adding a video so I’ll upload a video we currently only accept webm video format which is um the best format for web but you can use a free software free website like Cloud convert to convert your videos

so I’ve got a web M video here so I click on that

okay great so it’s saying one file uploaded and if I scroll down to the bottom can I see the video yeah the video is there and you can preview the video just by click and play

and you can also reorder the items just by clicking on these arrows

okay and then once you you’re happy with your video you can click on buy video and that will

eventually take you to a page where you can download an MP4 video
